ONLINE COURT BOOKING & CANCELLATION INSTRUCTIONS

• A match is best of 3 games to 21 points.
• You must win a game by 2 points, up to a maximum of 30 points.
• Points are scored on every rally (rally scoring), regardless of who served.
• A serve must be hit underhand and diagonally across the court.
• The shuttle must not touch the ground — the rally ends when it does.

1. Racquets are available for hire at $5 per hour, per person, if you don’t have your own. We also sell racquets, shoes, jersey’s, grips, bags and other badminton gears from a variety of top brands.
2. You have the option to buy one single shuttles for $3- $4 each or buy a tube (12 no’s) and prices vary depending on the brand you choose.

1. Online bookings for court hire are available daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
2. Annual membership is not required to book a court.
3. Membership offers significant discounts on court hire and other benefits, which are detailed on our membership page.
4. The member making the booking must be present on the court during the booking time. Please avoid making consecutive bookings for friends to receive discounts, as this could result in the cancellation of your membership.
5. We encourage online bookings. However, if you encounter any issues, please contact us via mobile at 0420 409 564. Ensure you check court availability and provide your name, the number of courts, the duration, the exact date and times, and we will complete the booking for you. Payment must be transferred to our account within 1 hour to confirm the booking.
6. The court hire price listed below is for one hour of court usage, not per player. A maximum of 7 players is allowed per court.
7. We sell racquets, shoes, jerseys, grips, bags, and other badminton gear.
8. Refunds are only available if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the booking time.
9. It is the customer’s responsibility to finish playing at the designated time. If you continue playing beyond your booked time, additional charges may apply for the extra court usage.
10. Only non-marking shoes are allowed on the court. Shoes with black soles are strictly prohibited for badminton and pickleball play.
11. If you do not have a membership, please refrain from using the gym equipment, as this may result in refusal of entry to SBA.
